The Microbiology and environmental monitoring group ("mEMT")is part of the Microbiology Section within the "Quality Control for Commercial Drug Products" department in Kaiseraugst. As a QC Compliance Expert in the "mEMT" group inpharmaceutical quality control, you will ensure reliable and efficient microbiological environmental monitoring for our manufacturing customers at the Kaiseraugst site, ensuring the safety of our products and thus the well-being of our patients.The OpportunityPlanning, coordinating, and documenting change requests for processes and methods within the groupInitiating and processing deviation reports (DRs) and assessments, including consultation with affected interfaces and QAInitiation and execution of relevant CAPAsOptimization and process improvementCreating and updating test specifications, SOPs, and other GMP documentsPrimary contact for training topics as well as developing and maintaining the group's own training content (curricula)Qualifying equipment and the CSV system in collaboration with QC SupportCollaboration on cross-group projects within QC and with manufacturing customersWho you areUniversity degree in Microbiology/Engineering or comparable qualification3 years of experience in microbiology and/or sterility assurance in the pharmaceutical fieldExperience with GMP (documentation) and its systems (Deviations, CAPAs) is desirableMeticulous and independent working styleTeam player, flexible, able to work under pressure and able to handle conflicting opinionsWho we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
