We’re looking for a highly organized and dynamic Operations & Events Manager to oversee key operational tasks while leading our external events, social media engagement, and launch communications. What You’ll Do:
• Plan and execute external events, including venue selection, invitations, logistics, and on-the-ground coordination.
• Manage our social media presence, engaging our audience and ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Play a key role in launch communications, helping craft messaging that makes a strong impact in the market.
• Oversee team culture initiatives, from onboarding to internal events that foster engagement.
• Handle operational tasks such as bill payments, vendor coordination, and administrative processes.
• Maintain and develop company brand assets, including event materials, templates, and social media visuals, ensuring consistency across all channels.

• A natural organizer with experience in event planning and logistics.
• Passionate about brand storytelling and audience engagement.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring branding and messaging stay consistent across all external and internal communications.
• A creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable wearing multiple hats and balancing internal operations with external-facing initiatives.
Speaking German is essential, and expect to be in our Basel office 3-5 days per week.
