Your role

We-re looking for a client account manager to:

- manage daily business in GFO client servicing and provide high quality service
- manage daily client transactions and carry out inquiries and troubleshooting
- perform account maintenance tasks and client-related processes, e.g. account opening and closing, suitability reviews, initial and recurring KYC and due diligence
- support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
- support client advisors in administrative, risk and legal and compliance related tasks and duties
- support client advisors when they are on business trips and assist in preparing client meetings

Your team

You will be working in the Latina American team in Zurich. You'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services and become a trusted client account manager for the wealthiest families. You-ll be part of the client coverage team and closely collaborate with client advisors. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.

Your expertise

- financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or other relevant commercial experience within the financial services industry
- bachelor-s degree or equivalent financial qualifications
- effective relationship management skills, able to show situational awareness and initiative to self-challenge and/or challenge others
- able to utilize tools and resources to service clients as efficiently as possible
- sound judgement and problem-solving skills with a proactive style that delivers timely results
- superior written and oral communications skills including the ability to deliver difficult messages, complex ideas and client issues with confidence
- confident, motivated and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- excellent skills in Spanish and English (oral and written), further languages are an asset
