## **Your Impact** ##

* Serve as an engagement manager, taking responsibility for planning, executing, and completing group and local audits within the banking industry.
* Work in a motivated and diversified team in a dynamic environment, focused on finding opportunities to add value to our clients and teams and to yourself.
* Take the lead in designing and supervising the implementation of the audit approach and in drawing up reports and recommendations.
* Advise clients on financial reporting and regulatory developments and keep up to date with regulatory changes by attending internal and external seminars.-
* Enhance your skills in managing several stakeholders and have the opportunity to work on challenging projects together with diverse team members.

## **Your Skill Set** ##

* An accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA, DEC...) is required.
* More than 5 years' experience in a public accounting firm in the banking field.
* Fluent in English and French.
* Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Keen to work in a team known for its sharing, communicative culture with which other staff aspire to work with.
* Able to share your expertise and experience actively by coaching others.-
