## **Your Impact** ##
- Deliver, together with the team, high-impact projects within top tier pharma life sciences clients to successfully drive their business and organisational transformations from strategy through to execution.
- Support development of new ideas and propositions to share with clients to secure new and existing projects. These projects typically include the design and implementation of target operating models, new technologies, digital strategies, governance and ways of working.
- Support activities such as business development, proposal writing, cross-team collaborations and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Support the setup and orchestration of programme and project management activities to support large-scale, complex business transformations in a fast-paced international environment.
- Support workshop facilitation with client stakeholders and leverage agile working practices such as design thinking, SAFe, scrum, etc.
- Work with international clients and we will give you the opportunity to gain experience working in multi-cultural teams within Switzerland and abroad.
- Support the expansion of our top tier consulting team in the field of strategy & transformation and work in an environment driven by respect, collaboration, strong team spirit, and winning as a team not as an individual.
## **Your Skill Set** ##
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a business/engineering/science-related discipline and an initial experience working for a top tier consulting firm or in industry such as pharma life sciences, healthcare, public or a major multinational.
- You have had a first exposure to delivering projects in the following areas: customer and digital engagement strategy, operating model design, process improvement, technology implementation and digital and analytics capabilities.
- You pay attention to detail, have strong problem-solving skills and are technologically proficient.
- You have excellent teamworking, interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
- You are fluent in English, German and French and you have travel mobility to serve international clients (on occasion).
