## Job Description ##
* Lead strategic projects and initiatives and lead the change management within the team;
* Examine complex transactions and be in charge of payment proposals and regulatory filings;
* Oversee and reconcile accounts, focusing on risk management, compliance, and fraud prevention;
* Review and improve financial data processes to increase efficiency;
* Oversee the work done by more junior members and provide the appropriate training.
## The Successful Applicant ##
* Minimum 5 years of experience within a Finance department in an international environment;
* Strong change management and leadership skills;
* In-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles;
* Ability to optimize work processes with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
