### Key Responsibilities: ###
* Oversee financial operations across multiple branches, ensuring accurate and efficient accounting processes.
* Prepare monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP FER.
* Collaborate with finance, controlling, and operational teams to enhance coordination and communication.
* Streamline and optimize accounting processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
* Manage the posting and recording of financial documents with precision.
* Support the budgeting process to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
* Participate in various financial projects to drive the company-s success.
### What We-re Looking For: ###
* Advanced qualifications in finance and accounting, such as a federal professional certificate.
* Proven experience in a similar accounting role, with a record of reliability and success.
* Strong knowledge of Swiss Code of Obligations and Swiss GAAP FER standards.
* Expertise in SAP FI/CO systems.
* Fluent Swiss German speaker with a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of teamwork.
