We are convinced that combined knowledge enhances Workplace Strategy by considering both human experience and organizational goals and as such are seeking for a talented Workplace Strategist able to cover both from the broad spectrum of Real Estate workplace selection to Architectural know-how in creating and delivering exciting and enabling offices.

In collaboration with the global Real Estate and Facilities Management (REFM) leads, you will play a pivotal role in developing Organon’s Workplace Strategy centered around Organon Corporate values, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) commitments and workplace design trends. Your responsibilities will revolve around the development of global standards documented into an office playbook and the oversight of all site-selection/ fit-out related office projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop in collaboration with our REFM team leads our 2.0 Workplace strategy centered around:
- A dynamic and attractive workplace destination
- A strong and unique founders’ experience
- Corporate values (such as Rising together, We all belong, Keep on moving)
- ERGs (Employee Resource Groups), SHE (Safety Health and Environment) Standards and Wellness latest norms
- Design for inclusion and integration of amenities to support disabilities
- Integrating technological innovations impacting wellness and inclusive behaviors
- Best in class practices to enable a significant uplift in office occupancy
- Space densification strategic options and related adoption
• Contribute to the development of our office playbook standards documenting all business-critical parameters such as sizing rules, amenities, capabilities, inclusive design, technology, materials, etc.
• Develop 2D layouts stipulating useable versus total rented space for each location
• Review proposed new locations prior rental to assess alignment to needs and validate office fit-out design prior to committing capital
• Identify integration of Employee Resource Groups (ERG) commitments and assess opportunities for further integrated Universal design principles
• Drive technological innovations such as predictive intelligence, digital twins, real time occupancy data capture, virtual tools, smart technologies and automation
• Understand market trends and support value creation
• Understand data driven results and propose improvements to support office attendance
• Validate “fit-for purpose” proposed delivery programs before enabling construction

Required Experience & Skills:
• Completed education (bachelor’s degree) in both the field of Architecture and Real Estate and at least 2-3 years of experience
• Sound user knowledge of drawing software ArchiCAD, or similar 2-to-3-dimensional rendering tools
• Demonstrated experience in Project Management and driving and implementing initiatives aiming to enhance Workplace experience
• Proven track record of successfully delivering a significant number of office related construction/ remodeling projects
• Demonstrated experience in delivering sustainable and environmental initiatives
• Technical understanding of code of construction, fire and life safety and compliance to regulations
• Fluency in English and strong French skills
• Self-starter holding an entrepreneurial and growth mindset
• Forward-thinking individual with proven experience, and a keen interest in cutting-edge technologies, generative intelligence, and automation
• A customer-centric and service-oriented approach, coupled with an innovative and experimental mindset
• Ability to grasp complex concepts quickly and deliver on tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong negotiation skills
