## Description du poste ##
* Implement, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments to support enterprise applications.
* Administer Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), DNS, and Microsoft Exchange Server/Online.
* Manage VMware vSphere infrastructures and oversee the provisioning, configuration, and maintenance of virtual environments.
* Ensure robust file server access management and security protocols.
* Collaborate closely with IT security teams on identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID, adhering to stringent security standards.
* Document all operational configurations and procedures for compliance and efficiency.
* Provide technical support and guidance on system enhancements and upgrades.
## Description du profil ##
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Engineer, with extensive knowledge in Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware.
* Proficient in managing DNS, DHCP, and Exchange Server environments.
* Demonstrated ability to manage file server access and security settings.
* Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Fluent in French and English, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate and engage with stakeholders.
* You are available immediately.
* Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
* Prior experience in a consulting role or working within large, complex IT environments.
* Knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Azure or AWS.
* Familiarity with ITIL practices and certification.
