## Description du poste ##
* Act as the main point of contact for purchases.
* Ensure all issues, queries, and requests are managed in accordance with SLAs.
* Collaborate with vendors and internal teams throughout the vendor lifecycle, from onboarding to renewals and terminations.
* Maintain vendor data, contract data, and the contract repository.
* Support post-contract activities like delivery confirmation and receipt.
* Assist the Finance team with payment and reconciliation of monthly statements and invoices.
* Review, develop, and maintain vendor relationships and service quality.
* Support the expense management process.
* Participate in continuous internal process improvement.
## Description du profil ##
* You have experience in supplier management and are familiar with supplier categories.
* You are proficient in managing data with a high degree of accuracy.
* You have strong skills in ticketing systems and ERP tools, particularly ServiceNow and Oracle.
* You are organized and client-oriented.
* You have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards change.
* You can manage multiple deadlines and work well in a team.
* You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Ideally, you have initial experience in an innovative and technological environment.
