As a Training Specialist, you will lead the charge in onboarding and certifying Clinical Specialists, conducting specialized training for surgeons, nurses, and technicians across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. Your pivotal role ensures our stakeholders are equipped with the latest skills and knowledge to achieve superior surgical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for Clinical Specialists, ensuring rigorous certification standards are met.
* Customize training sessions for surgeons, nurses, and technicians, blending theoretical and practical approaches to optimize learning outcomes.
Description du profil :
* Minimum 5 years of experience in medical device training, with a strong background in Medtech, laparoscopy, and/or robotic surgery preferred.
* Extensive experience in the operating room environment
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders effectively.
* Proficiency in German and English; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
