Technical assistant in Precision medicine at University of Zurich and ETH Zürich
Your responsibilities
* work in a collaborative and interdisciplinary team at the interface between the clinic, academia and industry
* perform antibody labelling, testing and validations for IMC
* prepare tissue samples for immuno-fluorescence and IMC
* generate imaging mass cytometry data and perform basic data analysis
* perform quality control of IMC data and immuno-fluorescence images
Your profile
You are a highly motivated technical assistant with expertise in tissue handling and demonstrated ability to work in a highly organized and reliable way, with a passion for science who would like to work in a collaborative multidisciplinary research environment that combines systems biology, tumor biology, bioinformatics, and biomedicine.
Ideally, you have:
* an education as a laboratory technician or an equivalent degree
* excellent skills in handling clinical samples
* technical experience in single-cell analysis and/or tissue imaging
* a desire to work in a collaborative environment
* a good proficiency in English (German is optional)
