- Schedule meetings and coordinate agendas

- Take minutes

- Manage internal databases and filing systems

- Facilitate effective communication withing the team

- Manage travel arrangements and expenses

Description du profil :

- You have 3-5 years of experience in administration or a similar role

- You have strong verbal and written communication skills

- You are completely fluent in English and another language is a plus

- You have great time management and organisational skills
