Location: Pfäffikon (Schwyz), hybrid Workload: 80-100% Your tasks: Work closely in the team to manage the entire development lifecycle of our SQL-based data reconciliation platform (from requirements analysis/definition to development, testing, rollout and maintenance); Design and implement additional integrations into the reconciliation platform; Identify performance bottlenecks and provide solutions for them to ensure scalability of the reconciliation platform; Collaborate with application owners, business analysts and other stakeholders to understand additional requirements and implement them; Support the team in further development of the central master data management system (MDM), with main focus on integrations from and to the MDM solution; act as backup for the MDM application manager. Your profile: Master-s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering or related discipline with IT focus; 5+ years of professional experience in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL); Experienced with data reconciliation, database and file-based integrations; Familiar with ETL processes; Understanding of data architecture and data modelling; Interest in new technologies and willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics; Solution and goal-oriented personality with strong analytical and conceptual skills; Structured working style with attention to detail; First work experience in the financial industry and specific knowledge in asset management as a plus; Good communication skills in English and German.
