We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contracts and Service Specialist to join our client's team. In this role, you will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating service contracts and digital subscription addendums, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. You will also manage contract databases, assist with billing processes, and support various teams within the company. - Draft, review, and negotiate service contract and subscription addendums, as well as documentation for renewals and offerings.
- Analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and revenue recognition requirements.
- Manage and maintain service contracts in the contract database.
- Process service contract and subscription billing for customers and distributors.
- Maintain contract databases and generate reports to monitor service contract status and revenue.
- Assist Finance and Field Service teams with contract collections and daily contract activities.
- Support the Contracts team with agreements related to Surgeon Service, Proctoring, System Moves, and Marketing.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with external customers and coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred, or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of related work experience.
- Strong knowledge of standard legal terms and conditions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in French, English, and German is required.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficient SAP skills and a general understanding of its reporting functions.
- Proactive with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
