## Job Description ##
* Manage a team of 6 people
* Ensure smooth operations, optimal performance and high availability of all IT Systems
* Oversee the management and operation of Microsoft technologies (MS Teams, MS Exchange, AD, Azure)
* Offer strategic direction and counsel for incorporating new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
* Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions aligned with business objectives
* Monitor and evaluate system performance, implementing enhancements to optimize scalability and efficiency
## The Successful Applicant ##
* At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
* Been previously exposed to an international environment - a plus
* Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies: M365, Teams, Exchange, AD
* Experience with citrix cloud - a plus
* Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
* Very good level of English (at least B2) - any other languages a plus
