## Job Description ##

EMEA Recruitment is leading an exclusive search for a **Senior Quality Manager** to join our Zug-based client operating in the consumer goods sector. As the **Senior** **Quality Manager, **you will be responsible for ensuring quality processes and standards are maintained and meet the agreed requirements.

Responsibilities include:

* Manage Quality procedures and coverage of both suppliers and External Manufacturing facilities
* Ensure both internal and external processes are in line with the required regulated standards
* Conduct regular audits and/or technical visits/evaluations of suppliers and third-party manufacturers to ensure compliance with Manufacturing and Production processes
* Focus on Retail Standards, Sensory, Hygiene, Food Safety and deliver product quality at POS
* Collaborate with transportation and distribution on Quality topics such as storage and product delivery
* Assess, influence and build partnerships with various stakeholders including External Manufacturers - be the voice and focal contact point with them and maximise product exposure and Quality standards within
* Create process checks of finished goods and processes to drive improvements as well as implementing Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA)

Additional requirements as **Senior Quality Manager** include:

* Educated to Degree or equivalent level
* Previous experience of working with Regulations in the Food & Beverages industries - knowledge of ISO 22000 and 14001 would be advantageous
* Circa 8-10 years- experience in professional experience within Food Safety/Quality Management in the F&B industries
* Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence and engage senior leaders when appropriate
* Fluency in English
* Circa 20% travel required
