**Senior PLM Consultant**
**Responsibilities: **
* Consulting: Organization and lead of a consulting team able to shape business requirements, value and create Business Cases
* Organises and executes customer facing workshops
* Drives the business transformation aspects of the programme: Communications plan, training, internal programme politics
* Reports to the business the progress of the programme and create a positive mood around it.
* Has driven a consulting team on large PLM programmes
* Participate to the top governance of the programme and ensure a human transformation is ongoing and positive
* Makes sure of the people-s alignment to the programme objectives and facilitate the change
**Requirements:**
* Master-s or Bachelor-s Degree in relevant Engineering discipline
* Very communicative, mastering PPTs, roadmaps, business cases, business transformation, change management plan, training plans , conducting workshops
