At a Glance:
We are looking for a confident and highly creative Senior Lead to join us and provide the Design Direction for our Global Campaign Design. The kind of person that loves deep thinking about all parts of the design process from concept through to the most minute typographic details. You’ll work closely with the Creative Leads, Copywriters and Art Directors to craft our campaigns, plus a broad team of stakeholders from the product, strategy and digital teams to bring the work to life across channel.You’ll be plugged into all things design and culture and understand the relevance and importance of all generations. You'll drive design across global campaigns, amplifying On and its partnerships and projects cross-channel, including OOH, digital and retail. Reporting to the Head of Art Direction, this is a fast paced, highly collaborative and creative role, integral to our campaigns in 2025 and beyond.

Your Mission:
- Create a powerful, dynamic partnership with the Creative Director, Copywriter and Art Director to concept; design direct and drive executions of global campaigns
- Provide seasonal and project design direction for our Global Campaigns
- Lead a team of 5+ direct reports, coaching them to deliver memorable, recognizable work
- Lead by example, contributing to and driving our company culture to help build a creative, trusting, empowered team
- Encourage continuous learning and exploration of new design trends

Your Story:
- 8 years minimum working at a Global Brand or Creative Agency
- Min. 3+ years experience working as a design team lead and have loved every minute of it
- A portfolio bursting with innovative, memorable branding and design work for global brands
- You’ll have a brilliant understanding of how to use design to tell powerful stories and make a lasting impact
- Confident pitching, presenting and selling in ideas
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback; you see the feedback process as a creative challenge not a roadblock
- A true team player - keen to collaborate with stakeholders to get the best end result
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, print, and motion graphics expertise
- Excel in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is the norm
- Tenacious, proactive and positive in building cross-functional relationships and processes
- Fluent English speaker and writer
