You will be reporting to the director of finance and the site leader and will support an operational manufacturing plant of a biotech company. This role requires self-motivation, autonomy, and the ability to take initiative.

## Description du poste ##
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes (e.g. tracking of monthly performance, variance analysis, risk identification, communication to stakeholders)
* Assist with financial closures and ensure accurate classification of costs (e.g. month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing)
* Oversee capital expenditure process (e.g. month-end accruals, forecasts)
* Manage financial aspects of vendor relationships (e.g. monitor expenditures, ensure compliance with regulations)
## Description du profil ##
* Bachelor\`s degree in Accounting (or similar)
* At least five years of relevant accounting or finance experience
* Experience in the pharma/biotech industry
* Strong familiarity with US Gaap and SOX compliance
* Proficient in MS Excel, Business Objects and Hyperion
* Fluent in English
* Ability to tackle complex issues independently, prioritize tasks, and make sound decisions
* Effective communication and collaboration
