Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owner and squad members to ensure detailed requirements specification for Switzerland Client Journey Wealth Management Agile organization.
- Support Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project, creating and validating requirements.
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CRM and its modules (accounts, opportunities, client value propositions), along with relevant Salesforce certifications.
- Demonstrated experience with Avaloq as a core banking system and understanding of SQL for system configurations and database access.
- Manage and engage with senior stakeholders onshore and offshore, including control functions, front office, and offshore development teams.
- Advance the Client Journey agenda focused on the CRM platform via Salesforce for Switzerland.
- Assess technological platforms and infrastructure, ensuring work aligns with product strategy and delivers maximum value.
- Enhance efficiency and professional relationships using expertise in CRM modules and functionalities, engaging with stakeholders across all seniority levels and regions.
- Proactively identify and implement system changes, including new Salesforce releases, to enhance end-user experience.
- Lead planning and execution of product releases, mitigate impediments, identify risks, and support UAT testing and user training as needed.
Skills:
- Education: University degree in IT or Business.
- Experience: Project management, digital transformation, Salesforce Business Analyst.
- Skills: Creative thinking, analytical skills, conceptual modeling.
- Documentation: Writing business requirements, reviewing technical designs.
- Agile Methods: Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Attributes: Independent, proactive, flexible, team player.
- Motivation: High personal drive, willingness to go the extra mile.
- Travel: Willingness to travel if required.
- Complexity: Ability to handle complex and ambiguous situations.
- Languages: Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus
