**Your Mission**

To be a Chopard Ambassador and to give an impeccable service to clients and prospects alike to generate sales and raise the brand image while keeping in line with the Chopard guidelines.  

**Your Main Responsibilities**

COMMERCIAL

* Grow the business and achieve the sales objectives
* Adhere to the discount PolicyCultivate existing clients

* Acquire and convert new clients
* Identify sales opportunities inside or outside the boutique


SERVICE

*  Work with the team to keep the Boutique in a perfect condition at all times
* Make sure that any visitor to the boutique is treated with the utmost and professionalism according to Chopard Boutique Charter
* Follow the Chopard Sales Ritual to serve clients
* When available, assist other sales associates serving to enhance the client experience


CLIENTS - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT


* Manage own database and add new prospects and clients to the database as well as upgrade and enrich the existing members of the database
* Use the CRM system on a daily basis to enter clients and prospects, create selling opportunities and fulfill client-related tasks such as Birthday Cards and Welcome letters
* Review opportunities with managers to maximize the closing ratio and sales
* Contribute to establish a fruitful network for the boutique in the sectors of hospitality, business partners and tour guides. Add then into Chopardforce

BOUTIQUE OPERATIONS


* Share the responsibility with the other team members that the stock is complete and the stock takes are done in a regular order according to the Boutique Charter.
* All security standards and insurance limits of the Chopard Group must be known and strictly followed
* Be alert at all times in order to identify and risk
* Staff attires must be impeccable at all times and follow the uniform guidelines
* Keep the showcases and serving tray in mint condition at all times
* Ensure that the stock is properly handled at all times
* Help to provide a flawless after-sale service  




**Your background and competencies/skills**

Skills

* At least 5 years of luxury retail or hospitality experience
* Achieve objectives
* Strong communication skills
* Fluent in English, German and French, other language a plus
