Description du poste :
* Manage and ensure the smooth execution of all risk management operations, promoting a collaborative environment that connects Risk Operations and Risk Assessment teams. Operate related processes for various levels, including Risk Management, Banking Department, senior management, and the board.
* Actively highlight significant financial risk developments to risk analysts and management as necessary.
* Maintain the accuracy of the bank's pricing and valuation framework, aligning with bank policies and market practices, and working closely with the Banking Department, Finance, and other Risk Management areas.
* Identify and implement initiatives to streamline operations and minimize low-value tasks, contributing to change projects within Risk Management.
* Manage and coordinate the processes, policies, and controls for measuring the bank's financial risks and valuing the balance sheet.
* Assist in creating reports and dashboards on market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk, financial leverage, valuation, and performance for various stakeholders, from dealers to management and the public.
Description du profil :
* Experience in risk operations and reporting, with a focus on risk management.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, preferably with a quantitative focus.
* Knowledge of financial markets and products, particularly fixed income and derivatives, across various risk types.
* Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data within context.
* Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a sensitivity to multicultural environments.
* Ability to critically scrutinize numbers, statements, and explanations, and manage complexity with attention to detail.
* Fast learner capable of working on own initiative and willing to take responsibility.
