My client is an international and fast growing real estate investment firm, specialising in sourcing and managing high-quality real estate investments across various sectors and geographies.

Description du poste :

* Monitor the activities of the third party property management firms responsible for the daily operations of the properties and report significant activities
* Execute on business plan activities and provide executive level reporting
* Work collaboratively with internal teams on reporting procedures, database and other informational systems to collect data, track projects, enhance communication and distribute feedback loop across departments
* Oversee exception report administration specifically related to third part property managers
* Perform site inspections and oversee physical risk management
* Ensure compliance by service providers on contractual services and adherence to policies and procedures
* Recommend strategic lease structuring, monitor curing deferred maintenance items, and track progress in each market
* Review of monthly financial statements, conduct portfolio analysis and prepare asset level reporting
* Identify areas to maximise portfolio performance and make recommendations
* Evaluate third party property manager best practices compared to industry standard
* Review and use portfolio KPIs to track performance and provide recommendations on improvements
* Manage risks related to property functions including
* Conduct complex analysis on cost controls, revenue and portfolio metrics
* Provide recommendations to optimise internal processes and utilise greater asset management team to track activities across the portfolio

Description du profil :

* Bachelor's degree in Finance or Real Estate
* 3-5+ years of experience in Real Estate in Switzerland
* Expert level experience using Excel and developing operational reporting on it
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills
* Fluent in German, French and English
* Rigorous, control and detail oriented
* Autonomous and self driver
* Demonstrate flexibility, communication and team support
* Pragmatic, being able to adapt and evolve in a multitasking environment
