Job Details
For our estimated client, an international company in the tourism sector, we are looking for and Quality control employee.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
\- Quality Control Department (90%) :
Support the build up of the Quality Control department
\- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the department
\- Collect & read various feedback sources; guest surveys and cruise reports
\- Identify relevant feedback for Quality Control (QC) processing
\- Enter data into QC logs, update/analysis of statistics;
\- Liaise & follow up with ship management team
\- Develop plans and solutions to tackle issues, mitigate risks, and improve general processes
\- Provide structured ad constructive feedback
Cruise Director Management (10%)
\- Administrative support:
\- Contracting
\- Updating systems
\- Liaising with Cruise Directors

* ### Qualifikationen ###
Requirements:
\- At least 2 years experience in the hospitality or tourism industry
\- Experience interpreting data on client feedback;
\- Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel skills) and Outlook;
\- Fluent command of the English language, both written and spoken;
\- Good interpersonal, communication skills;
\- Good problem-solving skills;
\- Ability to navigate complexity and develop solutions that benefit all stakeholders involved
\- Capable of working independently and as a team;
\- Ability to prioritize own work, to efficient time management and to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
\- Accurate and accountable;
\- Knowledge of AI tools and coding software is a plus
