Tech Mahindra’s R&D lab, called Maker’s lab has been successfully collaborating with Indian and US institutes in areas of Next gen AI, Robotics, Metaverse and Quantum computing – we intend to replicate the same for the Swiss institutes. We would also like to leverage our existing relationship with the United Nations organizations to strengthen this ecosystem and extend solutions to the UN to solve real life problems.

# **Program Manager Operations and Projects**


### Your Role
* Overall Program Manager to lead and manage the steady state operations management & transformation projects
* Design and implement projects in operations to optimize the operations
* Monitor team performance to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) & CSAT
* Responsible for customer relationships across their span of control
* Re-enforce SLA's which are cost effective, scalable, and uniform across the business.
* Identify, manage, and resolve complex issues with pragmatic solutions
* Lead Governance (Operational, Tactical & Steering) with customer & partners
* Conduct periodic review with customer work stream leads for service levels, enhancement opportunities, and highlight risks if any with mitigation plan
* Responsible for PNL & account Growth
* Lead IT Operations, Service Design & Integration (Incident, Problem, Change & MIM) & KEDB
* Work closely with Client Partner of TechM to identify new business opportunities.


### Your Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or technology, MCA is an advantage
* 15+ years of experience with infrastructure service with a concrete track record of successful client management
* Talent to develop and manage global customers, build trust and relationships, and grow business
* Ability to manage escalations, establish win-win situations and implement best practices with customers
* Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
* Ability to tackle customer business requirements with a consultative mindset
* Experience in handling Remote support teams and Global Partners
