* 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.

* Build the Future of Creator Engagement drive into the creator journey with Channel Memberships, crafting bold product goals, roadmap, and innovative learning experiences that truly resonate.
* Identify those moments where creators need guidance most, delivering critical insights and support that empower them to unlock the full potential of Channel Memberships and their connection with their fans.
* Tap the YouTube Landscape for Creator Benefit: Leverage your understanding of the broader YouTube ecosystem - from Fandom to Creator Studio, Analytics to Marketing - to pinpoint and prioritize the insight and learning opportunities that will drive creators.
* Lead the charge in accelerating our ability to experiment and deliver value, working hand-in-hand with data scientists, product managers, designers, researchers, engineers.
