Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be accountable for the development of new material, structural finish and graphical elements across multiple packaging materials and formats (Consumable, Consumer Electronics Device and Accessories) to readiness for executional commitment. You will partner with key stakeholders in the Design Teams to bring new decoration and finish elements to life in line with our consumer experience design process and technical readiness requirements.

- Support the “360 degree” graphics and finish technology assessment as part of new packaging development programs, specifically on the material / decoration.
- Contribute to packaging equipment specification to ensure full integration of graphical / finish elements to machine operating ranges and material specification.
- Ensure key technical assets are available at critical milestones to enable executional readiness and for seamless transition to the deployment phase: Good to Design file / Master Printing Report / Input into design master file / Master Color Standard.
- Partner with packaging deployment at relevant stages of the development process to ensure seamless executional and specification readiness and availability of appropriate quality standards.
- Input to lead vendor selection (in partnership with Procurement) and provide expert resource on vendor capabilities.
- Attend key print trials at vendors where needed, including to support the packaging deployment team during the 1st commercial print run of packaging assets.
- Play a key cross functional role in strategic company programs to improve executional readiness, simplification, enable speed to market, compliance and control procedures, and quality of printed packaging components.
- Understand and act as a key expert resource on regulatory and compliance requirements and specifics from global standpoint as they relate to printed components.
- Contribute to our strategic development programs and develop and lead key target setting and KPI alignment / delivery.


- Degree or equivalent related advanced studies or experience in engineering, printing, converting or material science.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in color management, pre-press processes, printing processes and capability/experience of solving on-press issues.
- Proficient and broad knowledge of packaging materials, inks, print decoration and finishing technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization and with suppliers.
- Strong research and problem solving, and organizational capabilities coupled with proven leadership skills.
- Quick learner with a pragmatic, analytical and autonomous mindset.
- Fluent English
- Computer skills/Software: Adobe Suite, Product Lifecycle Management tool, MS Office, CAD.
