Our client is a renowned bank that operates worldwide. Its focus is on the customer, private customer, institutional, experianced and non experianced clients. It is particularly important to the bank that customer satisfaction is achieved as well as employee satisfaction. They are currently looking for an experienced employee who is straightforward, efficient and responsible.

Description du poste :

* Support the front office in onboarding new clients and maintaining accounts
* Evaluate and recommend actions to improve the customer onboarding process
* Monitor the account opening and maintenance process and proactively follow up on progress with the front office teams and assist in resolving related issues
* Preparing regular reports on the account opening process, tracking and defining improvement actions
* Participate in regular projects and contribute to efficiency optimization

Description du profil :

* Apprenticeship and finished further education
* Minimum 4 years of experiance in similar role
* Good knowledge of regulations in Swiss banking and client documentation
* Good knowladge of CRS and FATCA
* Very good IT knowladge, especially of Avaloq
* Fluent in English
