To strengthen our client-s IT support team, we are seeking an IT User Supporter for 1st Level Support. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all IT inquiries and issues from the client-s end-users. This is a temporary position intended to support the team on-site.

### Responsibilities: ###

* Receive and address IT inquiries and issues from the client-s end-users through the ticketing system.
* Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for hardware and software problems.
* Provide basic support and guidance to end-users regarding devices and applications.
* Document all support requests and solutions in the ticketing system.
* Escalate more complex issues to the 2nd Level Support team and work closely with them.

### Requirements: ###

* Experience in 1st Level Support and handling basic IT problems.
* Knowledge of Windows, Apple Mac, and iOS.
* Experience with ticketing systems.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus).
* Ability to quickly and effectively resolve problems, with strong analytical skills.
