Mission:
For our markets: Eastern Europe, Middle East & APAC (Southeast Asia/Oceania)
- Create, maintain and grow commercial activity in the assigned sales area by promoting the Bien-Air brand, products, and services
- Take responsibility for the complete profit and loss (P&L) of the assigned area/region
- Establish and develop the organization and infrastructure of the sales and service network in alignment with the global sales and marketing strategy
- Personally represent and embody the values of Bien-Air in the market
Responsibilities:
- Define, propose and implement the global sales strategy for the market
- Manage, support and develop local sales teams and structures while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulatory quality requirements
- Build, maintain and grow a network of key contacts through a strong personal presence in the market
- Develop, maintain and optimize simple and effective processes for sales, local marketing, administration, and repairs
- Conduct competitors and market analysis to identify trends
- Design, implement and oversee client training and event programs (workshops, exhibitions, training, etc.)
- Define and take responsibility for the sales budget and profit and loss (P&L) of open markets and subsidiaries, with financial and commercial reporting
- Collect, analyze and communicate market feedback related to products (after-sales service, PMS, vigilance) and implement corresponding actions
- Establish information exchange with other market managers and collaborate closely with Marketing and Business Development teams
Skills:
- Higher education in business and/or technical fields, or an equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a commercial role for international markets, as well as managing local teams
- Ability to define and implement a market development strategy for international markets
- Entrepreneurial approach with competence in managing commercial and organizational projects
- Aptitude for negotiating and concluding contracts with key accounts
- Strong interest in product knowledge and the dental field
- Basic knowledge of after-sales service, marketing, and medical standards
- Open-mindedness, sociability, and flexibility to understand and adapt to cultural differences
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in French and English (C1 level)
