International Product Manager in Personalised Healthcare Solutions (a) 100%, Rotkreuz
Hintergrund:
Roche Diagnostics Core Labs (CL) Customer Area (CA) seeks a Temporary Contractor International Product Manager for Global Product Management PHCS in its Life Cycle Team (LCT) for Personalized Healthcare Solutions. This role supports the development of High Medical Value products by gathering market and customer insights and aiding the commercialization of launched products with country organizations and pharmaceutical partners. The position is initially for 2 years, with a possible 1-year extension.
The ideal candidate holds a science or medical degree, has over 5 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or diagnostics industry, and possesses strong skills in customer insight collection and product strategy development. Fluency in English and knowledge of the In Vitro Diagnostics development process are essential.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Engage with pharmaceutical partners and key diagnostics markets to align products with customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Medical Affairs, R&D, Business Development) for customer-focused solutions.
- Oversee IVD development, ensuring decisions prioritize patients and customers.
- Support country organizations with product messaging for key innovations.
- Align with pharmaceutical and diagnostic partners to address launch barriers.
- Be flexible, adaptable, and open to new approaches, with a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or partnering in both Pharmaceuticals & Diagnostics, in local and global roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Science/Medicine, or related field.
- Strong experience gathering customer insights (pharmaceutical stakeholders, clinicians, lab experts) for product strategy.
- Solid understanding of In Vitro Diagnostics development; pharmaceuticals experience is a plus.
- Self-starter with a passion for Personalized Healthcare.
- Experience in a complex matrix environment, confident with senior leadership, and skilled in stakeholder influence.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
