Your role

Are you a strong organizer and communicator with a curious mindset? Do you have experience in leading complex programs? Do you thrive on taking ownership in a dynamic and demanding environment?

We-re looking for Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance (GCRG) for an Integration Project Manager to:

- contribute to and lead selected projects as part of the GCRG Integration program, including activities related to GCRG-s readiness for key legal entity merger and migration events
- coordinate with integration teams from GCRG functions and regions to ensure coherent and consistent execution of agreed integration plans and meeting of milestones
- contribute to analyze and challenging timelines, operating models, execution methods, content across the entire integration program, as appropriate
- provide content input and constructive ideas on means and methods to integrate and execute on such integration
- monitor overall progress, identify operational and execution risks and issues, and contribute to overseeing; provide input and suggestions to the development of mitigation content and plans

Your team

You will be based in Zurich and working in the GCRG Integration Office, will play a pivotal role and are an important contributor to the GCRG Integration team and our function-s further evolution.

Your expertise

- at least 3 years experience in contributing to and leading cross-regional projects in banking industry or related work in strategic consulting
- understanding and working knowledge of GCRG resp. Compliance
- previous experience with corporate restructuring and post-merger integration beneficial
- project management and business analysis experience
- strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization
- a self-starter, innovative and adaptive to change
- team-player with strong interpersonal and communication skills, resilient and the ability to manage conflict and pressure in a demanding environment
- client-focused mindset and excellent at working with senior stakeholders
