MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team with daily administrative tasks.

This is a paid internship - 2 to 3 months, starting as soon as possible, with a required internship agreement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Update and maintain HR data in HRIS.
* Handle general administrative tasks, including work permits processing and entry document verification.
* Maintain, organise, and update HR records, both physical and digital (e.g., personal data, academic qualifications, filing, and archiving).
* Track, monitor, and follow up on IT support tickets to ensure timely resolution.
* Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulatory requirements.
* Support the recruitment process, including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
* Welcome, assist, and provide orientation to employees in both French and English.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

* Currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, ideally at the Master-s level.
* Fluent in both English and French (one at a native level), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong customer service mindset and interpersonal skills.
* Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
* Proactive and solution-oriented, with a flexible and adaptable approach to challenges.
