## **Your Impact** ##

* Lead and develop the team of Human Capital Business Partners (HC BP) for our Advisory (ADV) business. 
* Define the People Agenda for ADV in alignment with the business and firm people priorities and implement it together with the business and your HC BPs. 
* Partner with business stakeholders, advise on people strategies, policies and programs to achieve current and future business objectives and address people related challenges. 
* Develop and implement effective HC solutions for ADV and ensure the consistent and efficient execution of HC processes and policies. 
* Design and seamlessly execute the yearly performance and compensation process together with your HC BP team and in close collaboration with the People & Operations Platform leaders. 
* Be a standing guest of the ADV Leadership Team, representing all People topics. 
* Be a member of the People Board for PwC Switzerland and represent PwC Switzerland in various international networks. 
* Work closely with the wider HC team to define and execute synergies across the firm. 

## **Your Skill Set** ##

* University degree (or equivalent education) and specific further education in Human Resources Management. 
* At least 7 years of experience in a senior Human Capital Generalist role, ideally in the Professional Services sector, and strong leadership, consulting, and implementation skills coupled with a flair for pragmatism. 
* Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrating a -can-do attitude-. 
* Able to build trusted relationships with stakeholders on all levels. 
* Understanding business drivers for informed HC decision-making; experienced in the effective management of organizational transformation, leading through change and transformation periods. 
* Strong influencing skills and not afraid to express bold opinions. 
* Used to navigate in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to change. 
* Fluent in German and excellent English language skills.
