## Description du poste ##

The Change Lead, reporting to the HR Modernisation Program Manager, will drive business process, technology, and people changes, focusing on increasing adoption while minimizing disruptions. Key responsibilities include:

* Developing and managing a change strategy, including communication, stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption plans
* Collaborating with the Workday Implementation team on strategies, training, and communication
* Conducting change impact and readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis
* Integrating change management activities into project plans and communicating with affected audiences
* Managing stakeholder relationships and engagement
* Tracking and measuring progress and success, and implementing improvements in change management
* Facilitating senior-level meetings, creating executive presentations, and identifying risks
* Coaching project teams and supervisors, supporting capability building during and post-implementation
* Monitoring the success of change and adoption efforts, and addressing issues as they arise

## Description du profil ##

* University degree in Business, Communications, or related field
* 5-7 years leading strategic HR transformation in global organizations
* Expertise in HR processes, especially transitioning to cloud-based solutions like Workday
* Proven change management experience, including strategy development, impact assessments, and stakeholder management
* Exceptional English communication skills, capable of creating executive-level presentations
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; quick learner of new technologies
* Bonus: Familiarity with HR operations, legal, compliance, GDPR, and operating model redesign
* Preferred: Change management certification (Prosci, CCMP-)
* Organized, energetic, creative, and collaborative; able to manage multiple priorities
* Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and ethical conduct
* Adaptable, handles ambiguity, and proactive in problem-solving and continuous improvement
