Description du poste :

* Manage all the requests for working permit with the Swiss authorities;
* Be responsible for requests for family allowance, absence management (including long leave), APG ( maternity, paternity), accident declaration.
* Reply to questions and manage the process for taxation at source, Pension plan, AVS
* Generate work certificates
* Responsible for employee life-cycle onboarding: contract edition, employee follow-up, coordinating with the teams

Description du profil :

* English and French mandatory
* Min 2 years' experience in an International environment in a private company not only OI
* CH - Labor law knowledge
* Rigorous
* Strong communications and listening skills
* Process follower
* Autonomous and being able to make best course of decision and action with limited information
* Team player, receiving and giving feedback as well as sharing knowledge
