For our client, an international financial institution with an excellent reputation in Basel, we are currently looking for a well organized **HR Administrative Assistant 60 - 100%** who is able to start on short notice **on a 3 months temporary contract** with possibility for extension.

## Job Description ##

Join the Compensation and Benefits team to assist with administrative tasks related to employee allowances and tax reimbursements.

* Coordinate and perform the spot check exercise over employee allowances.
* Create an overview of the annual tax statements at various locations. Create a summary to be reviewed with external consultants.
* General administrative support to other Compensation & Benefit

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Minimum 2 years of experience as an office administrator or similar
* Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent
* Experience with following a process, and assisting in setting up processes
* Proficient user of MS-Office, especially Excel
* Fluency in English (C1 level)
* Team player with a detail oriented working style
* Discreet personality with very good organisational and time management skills
