## Job Description ##

**Compensation Management:**

* Develop and implement global compensation structures and policies, including salary bands, incentives, and equity programs.
* Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
* Manage the annual compensation review process, including merit increases and bonus distribution.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations across different regions.

**Benefits Administration:**

* Design and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
* Evaluate and recommend enhancements to benefits offerings to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
* Oversee benefits communication and education to ensure employees understand and maximize their benefits.
* Collaborate with vendors and brokers to manage benefits-related relationships and negotiate favorable terms.

**HR Leadership:**

* Provide strategic HR support and advice to senior management on compensation, benefits, and broader HR issues.
* Partner with HR teams globally to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and practices.
* Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
* Drive HR initiatives related to talent management, performance evaluation, and employee engagement.

**Policy Development and Compliance:**

* Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect organizational changes and legal requirements.
* Ensure global HR practices comply with applicable labor laws and industry standards.
* Lead audits and assessments to identify and mitigate HR-related risks.

**Data Analysis and Reporting:**

* Analyze HR data and trends to inform strategic decision-making and improve HR processes.
* Prepare and present reports on compensation, benefits, and other HR metrics to senior leadership.
* Utilize HR analytics to drive insights and enhance organizational effectiveness.

**Change Management:**

* Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and implementation.
* Champion a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement in response to evolving business needs.





## The Successful Applicant ##

**Education:**

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
*

**Experience:**

* Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
* Proven experience in a multinational company, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong background in managing global compensation programs and benefits administration.
*

**Skills:**

* In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits best practices and legal requirements.
* Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
* Fluency in French and English
