## Description du poste ##
Our client is a global healthcare company which is looking for a Finance Director for a maternity leave replacement (15 months contract).
Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise both the French and Swiss accounting teams, ensuring adherence to internal guidelines
* Prepare and oversee statutory financial statements and IFRS adjustments quarterly
* Ensure accuracy and correctness of accounting data for both French and Swiss entities
* Manage accounts receivable, payable, payments, and currency management efficiently
* Coordinate and support tax audits in France and Switzerland, ensuring compliance with regulations
Profile:
* Proven experience in a Finance Director position for at least ten years
* A proven experience using Swiss GAAP and French GAAP is mandatory
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Excel for effective data management
* Fluent in both French and English, allowing seamless communication across regions
* Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet constant deadlines effectively
* Excellent team collaboration and delegation abilities, promoting a cohesive work environment
