**Your Impact**
As an Executive Assistant intern, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless coordination of key activities and supporting our consultants in their day-to-day work.
You will take ownership of critical tasks such as scheduling important meetings with renowned international clients and coordinating with our global offices. You will manage business travel arrangements, organize meetings, phone and video conferences, and handle (email) correspondence in both German and English. Acting as a reliable and proactive point of contact, you will also support the team by making independent decisions when needed.
Your work will ensure that our consultants can focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients, while you act as the backbone of the team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication.
You will be based in Zurich as part of our Executive Assistant team. This team is essential in maintaining the high standards of service and professionalism that define our firm, serving as a trusted interface between consultants, clients, and global offices.
**Your qualifications and skills**
* Completion of a commercial or business-focused secondary school (Handels- oder Wirtschaftsmittelschule, HMS) with strong academic performance (minimum average grade of 4.5 in core subjects)
* 0+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience
* Proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a high level of commitment
* Interest in working in an international company and applying school knowledge in a practical setting
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently and see them through to completion
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
* Ability to work in-person (team schedules and office locations may vary)
* Ability to operate office equipment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills in both German and English
