EMEA Commercial Strategy & Coordination Manager 80-100%

Your responsibilities
• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company goals to drive market growth and competitive positioning.
• Lead financial planning, pricing strategies, and portfolio management across all EMEA markets, supporting annual and 3- to 5-year strategic planning.
• Identify and evaluate commercial opportunities, including expansion, partnerships, and new market entry.
• Serve as the primary liaison between EMEA markets and global functions such as marketing, product management, regulatory affairs, and supply chain.
• Support and collect competitive data to support data-driven decision-making.
• Monitor key commercial metrics, prepare performance reports for senior management, and recommend action plans.
• Support forecasting and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels and tender strategies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure clear communication and stakeholder engagement across markets.

Your qualifications
• University degree in finance, business administration, or technical/engineering sciences.
• 7+ years of experience in sales, product management, or business development in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Proven track record of delivering sales, profit, and market share growth.
• Experience working in a large matrix organization and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and at least one other major European language (German preferred).
• Willingness to travel (approximately 20%).
