Director of Client Solutions

Client Solutions & International Structuring Executive
* Define and implement the future vision and strategy for business development in Switzerland and neighbouring jurisdictions.
* Developing and executing business strategies to achieve short and long-term goals
* Maintaining positive and trust-based relations with business partners, shareholders, and authorities.
* Generate new business growth through network development, new client acquisition, client retention and sales campaign.
* Build and manage strong relationships with our new and existing clients
* Identify and assess new market opportunities and potential acquisition targets
* Work closely with senior team members to identify and manage business development risks
* Arrange and conduct meetings with clients, professional intermediaries and relationship managers across diferrent jurisdictions
* Assist prospective clients with the establishment of sophisticated corporate and fiduciary structures
* Prepare new business proposals and support colleagues in the development of new business
* Manage and lead related projects as assigned.
Description du profil :
* BSc/BA in law, finance, business administration or related field
* English and French spoken
* Proven experience as Client Solutions Executive over multiple jurisdictions (minimum of 7-10 years practical work experience);
* Good knowledge of the international tax and regulatory environment
* In-depth knowledge of the financial and Management industry's standards, legal & regulations
* Experience in tactical sale strategies to promote business growth
* Experience in leading a team, setting goals, monitoring progress and enforcing employee development programmes;
* Ability to use qualitative and quantitative skills to evaluate new business opportunities
* Pro-active, rigorous and strong analytical skills
* Excellent organizational, written, verbal and presentation skills
* Project management skills, able to have to juggle a number of projects at one time.
