Your role
Are you an experienced professional in technology risk management? Do you have experience building technology control environments? Do you have an in-depth understand of Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and Digital Assets technology? We are looking for someone like that to join out Digital Asset CoE team in Group Emerging Technologies to:
- Collaborate on definition of minimum technology standards and resulting control frameworks for DLT / Digital Assets
- Identify and assess technology risks, as well as serve as technology risk expert for Digital Asset
- Take charge of the risk remediation efforts across DLT / Digital Asset application
- Facilitate setting-up and developing risk management capabilities and know-how
- Be a proactive risk manager and mitigate potential issues and emerging technology risks
- Routinely interface with various stakeholders across Group Technology, Technology Risk Management organizations, and Group Functions
Your team
You-ll be working in the Digital Assets Center of Excellence in Zurich (part of Group Emerging Technologies), reporting to the Risk and Regulatory Management Lead. Our aim is to develop, implement and oversee UBS group-wide Digital Assets strategy, based on strong technological capabilities and on robust risk control framework. We closely collaborate with stakeholders across the Group in the Business Divisions and Group Functions to achieve our Digital Asset priorities.

Your expertise
You have:
- proven experience in technology risk management and controls in the financial services or blockchain industry, including, identification, assessment and remediation of risks and issues
- very good understanding of Distributed Ledger Technology and Digital Assets
- robust analytical skills and a sound technology background
- strong problem-solving and communication skills
