Our client is a family office.

Description du poste :

* Assisting and/or preparing of notices, proxies and minutes of board of directors, shareholders and investment committee meetings;
* Assisting and/or preparing of various legal and financial documentation (SPA, NDA, loan agreements, subscription documents, etc.);
* Coordinate signatures and perform due diligence controls on various types of documents and administrative follow-up;
* Respond to KYC requests;
* Coordinate certifications and/or apostilles of various documentation;
* Prepare bank account opening documentation and update all banking documentation;
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Description du profil :

* Bachelor degree in law or economics , STEP qualification a plus;
* First experience (2 to 5 years) in a similar position in a family office, trust company or corporate legal department in a multinational environment;
* Proven planning and organizational skills;
* Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
* Highly proactive and problem solving oriented;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
* Dynamic, autonomous and flexible;
* Confidentially and discretion as watchwords in the performance of work;
* Excellent command of English and French
