### Responsibilities ###
* Develop and implement strategic plans for the core IP network.
* Ensure network scalability and performance through capacity planning.
* Align network plans with business objectives, working with various teams.
* Design network architecture for optimal performance, reliability, and security.
* Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve infrastructure.
* Configure and deploy core IP network equipment like routers, switches, and firewalls.
* Perform network upgrades and optimizations for growth and security.
* Implement security solutions to protect against cyber threats.
* Manage daily network operations, including monitoring and incident response.
* Develop and enforce network security policies and best practices.
### Profile ###
* At least 5 years of experience in IP networks, with a focus on network security.
* Preferred certifications: CCNP Security, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
* Proven expertise in network planning, design, and operations.
* Strong knowledge of IP networking principles, protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS), and services.
* Proficiency in network security technologies (firewalls, VPNs, CGNAT, encryption).
* Experience with network monitoring tools (Wireshark, Librenms, Grafana, Telegraph, Nagios).
* Familiarity with automation and scripting (Python, Ansible) is a plus.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of French and German is a plus.
