For our client, an international company based in Geneva, we are looking for a Contract AssistantAs a Contract Assistant, you will be responsible for operational tasks related to Geneva-based entities and play a key role in supporting company secretarial activities such as :


- Coordinate the signature process for legal documents, including contracts, while ensuring internal reviews.



- Properly store documents in accordance with internal policies and relevant laws.



Assist on preparation of Shareholders and Board of Directors meetings for multiple legal entities.



 

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in legal or corporate governance roles, preferably within a corporate legal department, law firm, or similar environment.



- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and legal knowledge.



- English (advanced C1), French (advanced C1)



- Advanced proficiency in computing and applications, including the Office 365 suite.



- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
