**Main Accountabilities:**
* Propose and Participate in the development of new concrete technologies
* Coordinate industrialization of new concrete innovations
* Execute, manage, and coordinate with business units assigned R&D projects
* Train and share knowledge with the rest of the company on concrete industrialization and technology transfer
* Establish network with key external labs, research centers, and universities
* Plan activities, coordinate resources and prioritize tasks within a portfolio of multiple projects
* Lead and train operators and concrete technicians
**Position Requirements:**
* Civil Engineer, Master-s degree, or PhD in material science is required
* Technical knowledge in Concrete technology, in concrete mix design norms and standards and testing expertise in this field is required
* Admixture, cement/mortar technology knowledge is an advantage
* 3-5 years of experiences in Ready mix, Precast or R&D laboratories
* Open minded, create, and ability to work in R&D environment
* Organized, self-sufficient, independent, and hard working
