Missions
- Support the regional offices and the Sales directors
- Support the customer projects
- CRM and sales automation
- Quotations/customer order process
- Business planning, reporting and analytics
- Business KPIs and Performance Management processes
- Support Partners with their interaction with Eversys HQ (Finance, Technicals)
- Analyse, manage and adapt processes on-going to guarantee quality of full customer journey
- Organise incoming and support visits to Eversys HQ
Profil
- CFC Commercial certificate
- Customer focus
- Structured approach
- Previous related work experience
- Working level fluency in French and English are a must
- Spanish and/or Italian are an asset
- Pro-active, autonomous, structured approach
- Experience in international business is an asset
- Experience with SAP, Hubspot (CRM), Microsoft Office
