As our Client Data & Reporting Specialist, you will support our Maison Client Relationship ambitions by owning all Client data-related matters and by contributing to the development and adoption of Client reports.  

Working closely with many Internal (Regions, Retail, IT, Customer Experience and Digital Teams) as well as Group stakeholders, you will ensure the continuous quality, reliability, accessibility and relevance of Client Data & Reports across system and tools.

 

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**

 

**CLIENT DATA**

* Act as the Maison-s specialist in terms of Client Data by ensuring a strong understanding of the Client data flows from one system to another (Salesforce Service Cloud, SAP, Google Cloud Platform).
* Ensure the continuous development of the Client 360 View through Salesforce Service Cloud and front-end clienteling applications is as relevant, reliable and up to date as possible.
* Centralize the Maison-s needs, prioritize the change requests with the relevant Group Product Owners and ensure a smooth testing, validation and release process.
* Collaborate with HQ Departments and Regions to maximize qualification.
* Collaborate as well with HQ Departments and Regions to ensure flawless tracking of all the Client interactions: Boutique activations, Maison events, gifting, etc.

 

**CLIENT REPORTING AND ANALYSES**

* Implement state-of-the-art Client reporting and Client performance monitoring capabilities within our Maison ecosystem: e.g. Event performances, Clienteling performances, gift tracking, etc.
* Ensure adoption of our reporting ecosystem across the organization (Markets, HQ, Management).
* Support the CRM Team in performing deepdive Client Analyses.
* Support our Client Activation in designing the most efficient Campaigns and Journeys

 

**WHAT ABOUT YOU?**

 

* You already have a successful 1- to 3-year working experience in data management and client reporting
* You are ideally familiar with Retail environments
* Your interpersonal and communication skills allow you to interact with diverse stakeholders effectively
* You master Microsoft Excel and have a proven command in Google Looker Dashboards or similar reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.)
* Experience with BigQuery and programming or statistical languages is a plus (Python, R)
* Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus
* Fluent in French and English
